    I ordered a Dunkin hot midnight coffee. The coffee tastes horrible as if it is old. I been trying to call no one answers the phone. The coffee was warm I spilled some of it while opening the lid and it was not hot at all . I order this coffee everyday from different locations and this is the first time and last time ordering from this location.

    Lately there have been new people working in the afternoon and evenings and they never get the order right and the coffee has been tasting bitter or sometimes watered down. I go here 2-3 times a day, spending between $8 -$20 at a time. I expect better service. There are some ladies that work morning that are very sweet & the coffee is always perfect.

    It’s take approx 1 minute or less to READ the order correctly and make the drink.     The sweet lady I think her name is Sara made me the best darn coffee I have ever drank. Ehy because it tasted like ehat I actually ordered. Thats getting rare. Not sure what kinda magic she has. Bypass all Dunkin and go to this one on Midnights if you want it right. Never mind who knows if the other shifts are good. Go find you a Sara coffee. Give that woman a raise.
