  There is a reason that this particular location has less than four stars. I went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order and the girl over the intercom was purposefully SCREAMING into the mic, and you could hear her and the other workers in the background laughing about it. I got to the window and she roughly handed me my coffee and said, “there you go bye.” I gave her a weird look because her demeanor was very weird, but I also had a raspberry croissant and a coffee roll that she didn’t give me. I heard her say, “why is she looking like that?“ and continued to walk away. Another young lady with braces came to the window and asked if I had anything else and I said, “y’all are acting very weird tonight.” I told her that I did not get my croissant and she interrupted me to say “we don’t have that anymore.” I said I ordered it from this location and she said, “yeah but we’re sold out. Do you want something else?” She gave me my coffee roll and a doughnut to substitute the croissant. Regardless of their age, a sense of professionalism and respect, comes with any customer service related job. Playing games on the intercom, screaming at people, being rude, and not even knowing how to communicate the simplest of things really goes beyond me. Perhaps the manager/franchisee doesn’t care, but this location has lost my business.

  ordered a frozen vanilla coffee and got a original coffee instead, my friends boyfriend got his food cold and they put mayo on the sandwich that wasn’t supposed to have mayo.

  Spent over $10 on 4 hot chocolates and they tasted like water. Went back and they then told us their machine was broke. They remade them but still watered down. Wish they would of told us their machine was broken in the first place. Charging $2.60 for a small cup of hot water with hot cocoa powder is ridiculous. Make sure if you order a hot chocolate ask if their machine is working before you do.

  I ordered a Dunkin hot midnight coffee. The coffee tastes horrible as if it is old. I been trying to call no one answers the phone. The coffee was warm I spilled some of it while opening the lid and it was not hot at all . I order this coffee everyday from different locations and this is the first time and last time ordering from this location.

  Lately there have been new people working in the afternoon and evenings and they never get the order right and the coffee has been tasting bitter or sometimes watered down. I go here 2-3 times a day, spending between $8 -$20 at a time. I expect better service. There are some ladies that work morning that are very sweet & the coffee is always perfect.
