  Went to this location last night. The two girls had no problem not getting on order right. Putting something in my drinks and cursing me out at the window. All cause I asked for a large hot chocolate. Her reply "you want that black" . My reply was i repeated the order. And they openly told me how rude I was. Then spit in my drink and closed the window. The owner of this location apparently allows this behavior. I wouldn't go to this location. Its a safety hazard at this point.

  There is a very sweet lady who works here and I think her name is Brooklyn. She is always so kind and gets my order right every time!! She’s the best!

  I switched to a different location that opened since it was closer to my house but I frequent this one on my way to work. If you go before 9 AM, the line is long but the service is great and they get everything right. But I’ve noticed if I go later in the day, things will be wrong in the order. I just left and my drink was made wrong and half my food is missing. They are nice enough, but I’d almost rather they be rude and get my order right.

  There is a reason that this particular location has less than four stars. I went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order and the girl over the intercom was purposefully SCREAMING into the mic, and you could hear her and the other workers in the background laughing about it. I got to the window and she roughly handed me my coffee and said, “there you go bye.” I gave her a weird look because her demeanor was very weird, but I also had a raspberry croissant and a coffee roll that she didn’t give me. I heard her say, “why is she looking like that?“ and continued to walk away. Another young lady with braces came to the window and asked if I had anything else and I said, “y’all are acting very weird tonight.” I told her that I did not get my croissant and she interrupted me to say “we don’t have that anymore.” I said I ordered it from this location and she said, “yeah but we’re sold out. Do you want something else?” She gave me my coffee roll and a doughnut to substitute the croissant. Regardless of their age, a sense of professionalism and respect, comes with any customer service related job. Playing games on the intercom, screaming at people, being rude, and not even knowing how to communicate the simplest of things really goes beyond me. Perhaps the manager/franchisee doesn’t care, but this location has lost my business.

  ordered a frozen vanilla coffee and got a original coffee instead, my friends boyfriend got his food cold and they put mayo on the sandwich that wasn’t supposed to have mayo.
