I don't understand how a non customizable menu option can be messed up so many different ways. I'm writing a bad review today because my coffee, which comes with 2 expresso shots, for the 3rd time has just been iced milk. No essence of coffee. Completely white. I've confronted them about it before but I'm in the drive thru usually and and don't want to keep fighting with them and hold up the line. I'm just really disappointed this morning without my caffeine.
