  I’m giving a three star review, ONLY because the staff there is very nice and with the lines always clear to the road, every time I’ve been there I’ve bee in the drive through for no more than 10 minutes. It seems to be the staff cares more about quantity over quality. I went to 7 Brew knowing how much my friends have raved about it, driving over an hour away to the closest one before this one opened. It’s sad to say I’ve been to this 7 brew 4 times, and have been unsatisfied every time. Every coffee I have gotten has been straight milk. I wish I was being over dramatic but I swear there is like 2 ounces of coffee in it, if that. I would be better off pouring a glass of milk at home and putting creamer in it, it would taste the exact same. I’m not one to complain or judge in first impressions (hence why I’ve visited 4 times). I even thought the last time I went I would bring friends, we each got an energy drink. They were so sweet, none of us finished half of it. I have never been to any other 7 brew, so I don’t know if this is a staff issue or this is genuinely how they make their drinks. Maybe I will try again in 3-5 months but won’t be going back anytime soon. I hope it gets better.

  I was excited to try a new coffee place in our area. There is people outside to take your order… there is no menu to see what I can choose, what options I had, I quickly pulled up my phone to look at an online menu. It would be nice to have a physical board outside like most drive thru’s would have. Then I got my coffee. It was an iced macchiato supposedly, but it just tasted like sugary milk. It was as white as snow. I paid over $5 for milk. The outside of the cup was covered in milk. The person had to walk the drink to my vehicle with the drink spilling all over her hands as well. So a person literally felt how wet and drippy it was and still handed it to me. I had milk all over myself and my car. No napkins were given to me.

  This place is fantastic! Every single employee is so helpful, informative about the menu, and the atmosphere- though busy, is upbeat and cheerful! I've been coming pretty much daily (twice on weekends) for the last week since opening, and love the coffees, smoothies, sodas and lemonades! Ive recommended this place to friends and family simply for a solid pick up on a rough day- its THAT worth it!! To all the Niles 7brew employees, yall are killing it! Thank you for your awesome attitudes even when its CRAZY busy, your informative knowledge about the menu, and always being efficient and quick as possible with service!!!

  Me and my daughters happened to come through on “Swag Day” when everyone was all dressed up as farm animals!! Everyone looked super cute and the free tshirts were an awesome surprise that made our day. The “scare crow” who took our order actually told us that she was the one who decided on the theme of the day and did all the decorations! She spoke so kindly to my daughters and absolutely made their day. All the other people taking orders and the girl who handed us our drinks were also delightful and seemed to be having a great time. It’s always nice to see so many people who enjoy their job so much. Props to you 7Brew for creating such a positive experience for everyone, employees and customers!!! We will DEFINITELY be back for more birthday cake milkshakes 😁😁😁

  Never again will I go back! My Dark Chocolate Iced Latte had absolutely no flavor just reg coffee and creamer. One of the employees asked me to let someone cut me in line because he didn't want to wait in the line. Customer service was awful because the girl taking my order kept cutting me off to tell me to keep moving forward. Then wrote my order down wrong probably why I didn't get what I asked for. Not worth the frustration or money. I'm guessing this place won't last long....maybe a few years before it shutdown and becomes something else. Also it's only a drive-thru so make sure you know what you want before you get there so that they can still get it wrong.
