  Today was my first time here and Izzy helped me out and talked me through how they offer the drinks. I truly appreciate the time she took to help me find a drink that she thought would fit! The drink is also phenomenal! Will definitely be back to try different flavors!

  I pulled up to 7 Brew thinking I was just getting a casual drink… and then Kelsey happened. First of all, Kelsey doesn’t take your order—she delivers an experience. I said “medium iced coffee” and she looked at me like I had just asked for tap water at a 5-star restaurant and said, “Oh no bestie, we’re gonna elevate your life today.” Suddenly I’m holding a drink with 14 add-ins, emotional support foam, and what I’m pretty sure was a hint of destiny. She had the energy of someone who drinks pure sunlight. I’m talking Olympic-level enthusiasm. I blinked once and she had already asked me how my day was, fixed my mood, and probably healed my inner child. At one point I’m pretty sure she winked and my credit score went up 20 points. And don’t even get me started on the speed. I’ve seen NASCAR pit crews move slower. Kelsey made my drink so fast I’m convinced she pre-made it before I even got there because she knew I was coming. Psychic? Probably. Icon? Absolutely. By the time I drove away, I didn’t just have caffeine—I had purpose. I had direction. I had a slight suspicion Kelsey could run the country if given the opportunity. 10/10. I didn’t go to 7 Brew. I went to see Kelsey.

  Ordered drinks. When I was being handed my first drink. I knew it didn't look right. They accidentally put chocolate drizzle instead of caramel drizzle. After pointing out the issue, they proceeded to scrape the chocolate drizzle off and mix it back and forth between 2 cups to blend in the chocolate so I wouldn't see what they did. When I was given the drink I was told that it was the blondie. The blondie was my drink and the breve was my fiancees. After tossing my drink because of their inability to remake a drink, and arriving home, my fiancee tried hers and told me it was the blondie. We used to go to seven brew 4-5 times a week. They have lost what I assume was a valued customer. Though im not sure they actually value their customers.

  I really love the drinks and all of the combinations at 7Brew! Most of the staff are fantastic. Today, I had a really bad interaction here that really tainted my experience. I asked a staff member if I could vote in the drive-through's "Poll of the Day," and she did not respond. I figured that she had probably not heard me, and did not want to suspect any malintent in the awkward silence. However, after pulling away from the drive-through, another staff member called out to her, "That was frigid! Bump it!" I hate to leave bad reviews BUT the cup here literally says "cultivate kindness."

  The last two visits I’ve had the people at the register have no idea what’s going on, can’t find my order in the system and don’t take my order or make it for 15-20 mins instead just stand there laughing and staring at me like I’m the problem. Terrible experiences. No apologies, then after my total of 20-25 minutes of waiting I get my order and it’s completely wrong and not even close to what I ordered so I end up throwing it away because there’s no sense in waiting another 20-25 mins for them to complete it properly.
