  I really want to give it 5 stars because there are 2 employees that go over and beyond for their customers (a young girl, hair was red last time we seen her and has underneath shaved and an older gentleman with a mustache I think the lady called him Ralph) they both remember my husband and son have allergies. However there is an older lady always wears her hair in a braid to the side who ruins it for the entire store. She is going to kill someone with the way she handles food and food safety. We asked her multiple times not to use a knife we watched her use on someone else’s sub. Not only did she wipe it off onto the paper my child’s food was on but she got an attitude with me about it saying she cleaned it. When in fact that is not cleaning it and my child has an allergy to mayonnaise as well as avocado in which both were on said knife. When I told her again to please not use it the older gentleman tried to Hand her a new knife he had just washed for us and she told him no and pulled another dirty knife from under the counter. You can not disregard someone’s allergies just because you don’t care. That is a bad reflection on your business and can seriously harm or kill someone.

  Sandwiches are fresh and service friendly. The restaurant is well laid out and very clean. Impressed by and thankful for it!

  This is the only location around me that never participates in any promo codes or coupons. The subs are usually good but why order from this one and pay $14 a sub when I can order from one 5 miles further away and pay $6 a sub.

  The servers were very helpful with giving me alternative ideas for my brakfast sandwich and the bathroom was clean!

  I cant count how many times I've been to this location over the last 4 years and in the last couple months the meat there has been sour and discolored. The staff is always rude and unprofessional. The new girl on nights with dark hair and glasses is the rudest person I've ever dealt with in customer service. Just overall going down hill fast.
