  Night shift is tremendous. Honestly the best time to get your Taco Bell. Fresh, delicious food and an absolutely lovely staff.

  Place a mobile order was welcomed very quick got up to the window. The cashier is trying to talk to me while the manager is in the background, meowing and barking being super loud and obnoxious very unprofessional. Was also missing items. Manager need fired this Taco Bell gets worse by the day

  Doordash driver tried to pick up an order why is your lobby closed at 8. Also didn't check me in then order wasnt done had to unassigned a 14.50 order. They cost me time and money. Worst taco bell in the area go to norton they are always a 10.

  This is the worst Taco Bell in America. They have screwed up our order every time we try and come here and today was the icing on the cake. I didn’t feel like driving out of the way to Norton (15 min away, but a fantastic Taco Bell) , so we ordered thru the app and I left the house at 1245 am. After waiting in a 4 car line for 40 minutes I finally got to the microphone, I was informed that there are no chalupas, when I gave her the name on the order and told me she would not be able to give me my chalupa. Frustrated, I asked if she would be able to refund me or provide me with a comparable item and she said once the order is in, there is nothing they can do. I continued to say “this is ridiculous” where she responded “you know what I’ll take care of it just pull forward.“ After another 15-20 minutes waiting for the car in front of me to be served (I’d imagine an incorrect order) I finally got to the window. A guy was at the window when I finally pulled forward and said he would not be able to give me my chalupa, I said alright well the lady on the mic said just pull forward I’ll take care of it. He then told me that I called the lady an idiot and that’s why she told me to pull forward. This is not only inaccurate and frustrating but if she thought I said that she should have asked for clarity because that is not something I would say while trying to get my food (especially after so many negative experiences at this location)… if I wanted to insult her, it’s not going to be calling her idiot, my vocabulary is far too colorful to use such a weak word. I was informed that there was an extra taco in the bag, my food and drinks (minus the sprite) were handed to me, and the window was slammed shut. Got back to the house and found everything was made like a 5 year old was working in their “kitchen”. This is definitely the last time we will be coming here, to have to deal with this absolute trash every single time we try and give you a chance blows my mind. Whoever owns this franchise must be loaded because there is no way they are profitable. Please close your doors for good and do the people of Wadsworth a favor.

  I have never been to a national chain restaurant that consistently gets orders wrong like the Wadsworth Taco Bell. Over the last six months, we’ve ordered from this location six times, and six out of six times something was missing or incorrect. Not once has the order been right. And let me tell you, when you're a little bit tipsy and your door dashed Taco Bell arrives you just want it right. The wait times are just as bad. I’ve sat in the drive‑thru for over 45 minutes before. And when you sit there, you are STUCK. There is no escape out of that drive through. I understand places can be short‑staffed, but that doesn’t excuse waits this long, especially when the order still ends up wrong. What really sealed it for me was visiting a Taco Bell in a different part of Ohio last night. We stopped specifically to see if it was better than our Wadsworth location, and it absolutely was. The order was correct, the service was faster, and it made me realize just how poorly this location is run. I also never realized how little meat they stuff into the tacos at Wadsworth until I had tacos from another location. This is clearly not a “Taco Bell” problem. It’s a THIS Taco Bell problem. Corporate really needs to step in and fix what’s going on here, because the consistency of mistakes and delays is unacceptable and almost scared me away from Taco Bell entirely.
