    Slowest drive thru ever. Took 30 min to service 5 cars in front of me and another 10 to get my food. Also forgot a straw for my drink

    Third time in a row order was missing items. Have yet to be here less than 20 minutes in drive thru even with no one there. Pretty much teenagers running the place and it shows unfortunately. Got left at order window for 10 minutes with no one there and when they did show up the girl taking order couldn’t hear me because people in the kitchen were being too loud.

    Unfortunately, every time I stop by this Wendy’s, I seem to have an issue. A couple times the drink syrups have been off, so I end up with just sparkling water, and today I ordered a tender meal with ranch and only received the tenders. $12 later and no sauce and no fries. Should’ve checked the bag before leaving, so wont make that mistake again…

    Went inside because the drive through was wrapped around the building around 1:30 P.M. Only two people ahead of us inside. Yet took over 25 minutes to get our order taken. There isn't any one major thing wrong, it's the whole process. Needs new management, or if there isn't, some management.
