    Absolutely horrible service followed by even worse food. Soggy salad and my burger paddy was dry and disgusting. Never will I go there again.

    I'm not sure what's happened to this Wendy's location, but something needs to change again. Continual long waits for food that is rubbery and cold... Which means the food isn't being cooked so that's not what you're waiting for. I'm sitting in the drive-thru at the window and I look in and there's a girl dancing at the drink station. Two girls leaning on the counter with their phones out. Another girl just standing there staring at those two. A guy that walks from the back to the front and is kind of pointing to these individuals and he looks confused as the he's not sure who's supposed to be doing what. I waited in line for about 15 minutes before I got to the speaker. Told them My mobile order. Then it took about another 10 minutes to get the food. And the food is cold and rubbery. I love Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich and I love Wendy's burgers. And it's a shame that I would rather drive 25 to 30 minutes away to go to a different Wendy's and eat in my car on the way home instead of being able to take it to my home and eat it. It is absolutely insane. The Taco Bell in Wadsworth had issues for a little bit but there issues where they were understaffed. What's the issue here at Wendy's? Because they clearly have enough people. I could not in my heart of hearts give this just one star overall. Because I know it's not always like this. But it seems to be like this every single time I've come here within maybe this past year.
