Like another poster said, it's barely better than McDonald's. Food order was incorrect. Milkshake was made wrong flavor. Atmosphere is dark gray and quiet? If nothing else, the atmosphere should be 'good ol days'. Not good.

Patiently waited for our food as others came in and picked up their orders. After awhile I noticed that they are putting new food on the grills and my name was never called. So I ask the gentleman and lady if my order was ready. They completely ignored me and another young lady acknowledged me and went looking for my order. It was done and just sitting on the counter. It was takeout so I get to my car and my fries are no longer hot, which means my order had been sitting for awhile. Why wouldn’t they ask me what I was waiting on or call out orders that were placed in their establishment. If it was an online order I get waiting for the customer to come to the counter. I will not be back as customer service does not seem to be a priority for them. A little politeness goes a long way.
