  Second day in a row ordering from here. They hooked it up! Loaded my steak wrap and made the best meatball sub I’ve ever had from Subway. Best part is, it’s operated by an AMERICAN family

  Today, my husband and I were having our subs toasted while the young lady that made my sub rang us out. I noticed that she was about to start making my sub again after touching the pos so I politely asked her to change her gloves. This has happened almost every time I have come to this location so i have made a habit of checking. She did and all was fine. What i didnt know, was that the young woman making my husband's sub make a snarky comment about me asking. Food safety 101, its pretty common knowledge that you should not touch the register and then continue making food after. But maybe they need a refresher on food safety & handling? Either way, the comment was unnecessary.

  I hate to leave a review like this. But here's the story. I went in to get my sandwich. The man working was listening to music singing at the top of his lungs, cleaning the floor and was so oblivious that I was standing above him. Before he noticed, I was there, grabbing my own sandwich off the rack. I get home and look at my sandwich. I ordered a meatball and pepperoni. First thing I notice is that there is no pepperoni and second I noticed that the meatballs are very dry like he didn't put any marinara on it. So I take the sandwich back. Tell him we need to remake this sandwich. Try not to forget the pepperoni this time, buddy. Obviously. I'm a little irritated as now. I've had to come back to this store. His response is a serious attitude. To the point that he started arguing with me and trying to fight with me. He took the sandwich that I had brought back and slammed it into the trashcan. At which point I remarked about his customer service. We argued more to the point that he was screaming. I may have not been nice given the circumstance, but I did not lose control of myself like this employee did. Yelling at me at the top of his lungs saying hes not going to give me the sandwich i paid for, spitting all over the sandwich he has right in front of him and all over the food line itself (with his black teeth...), then basically throws the sandwich at me. I just wasted fifteen dollars as I am not eating that. I will be approaching management tomorrow for a refund. I hope ownership checks the cameras and fires this man. This was a disgusting and ridiculous experience.
