- GRGarrett RamsierOct 4, 20251.0Went through the drive thru tonight. Ordered 3 blizzards. Also ordered 2 peanut buster parfait. After waiting at least 15 minutes at the window and watching the high school employees taking pictures on their phones one of the finally acknowledged us. After another 5 minutes or so passed we were finally given our order that had been sitting on the counter for quite some time. When we got home we opened our treats…. The blizzards were only about 3/4 full. The peanut buster parfaits tasted like they dumped the last of the peanuts out of the container. So salty we couldn’t eat them. Such a disappointment all around tonight.

The counter person kept taking orders but after 20 minutes, several of us still didn’t have our orders but new orders kept getting made. I finally said something to staff and they forgot about us. Young person said she was terrible at “stacking “orders. After a total of 30 minutes, got my order and went home. My blizzards had no pie crust in them and were not mixed to the bottom of cups. I called and they substituted cookie dough bites because they were out of pie crust pieces and they were too hard to mix properly with cookie dough. Tasted terrible!
