  For the past two and a half years I’ve regularly ordered online for pickup. An average of once a week. I’ve never had an issue with wrong or missing items. The manager is awesome. (Pretty sure it’s a different manager than reviews from a few years ago.) The ONLY complaint I have is one high school/just graduated employee must think people hate all veggies, because it doesn’t matter if I ask for extra or leave a note to basically make it a salad, she does NOT like putting lettuce/veggies on sandwiches. Every time I pull up and see her car there, my head hangs because I know there’s gonna be pretty much nothing on my sandwich, no matter what I put in my order. Everyone else is great, and understands what you’re asking for.

  I mean as far as fast food goes this place has always been what I'd expect. Some of the reviews are ridiculous. If you're looking for a 5 star dining experience you may need to leave Barlow...Anyways this subway gets the job done🤌🏻

  Every time I order on my app there always seems to be a problem. I paid for 2 subs on 2/8/25 to be picked up at 8:50 after my fiance got off work. Everything was fine until he arrived to pick the order up and they said they didn't have it. After looking, I received an email 10 minute prior informing me my order had been canceled but did not give a reason. The payment was never refunded and the store stuck to their story that they don't know why it was canceled. You will not see me giving my business to the only subway that never seems to want to actual do any work

  It was a great sub and the employees were very friendly and helpful
