  I go to this Wendy’s about 3-4 times a week to grab breakfast before work and they always get me together. Love the customer service and appreciate them starting my day off right! Continue doing right by people. Make sure the workers get the love they deserve in there!

  Ordered at the counter a nugget meal, cashier rang it up, then walked away without saying a word to me or saying the total. Cool everyone has a bad day. Comes back to let me know they’re out of ranch, I asked “in the whole building”, he said yes and I told him I’d like a refund (nicely) because I can’t eat plain nuggets. Stomped away again, then pulled out a big box and sat the two ranch cups on the counter. I told him I’d still like at refund at this point. Manager FINALLY came to the counter, I explained that I felt like he was rude, and that he lied to me (not speaking to him) and he proceeded to yell at me that he was going to “whoop my ass” while he was in the middle of taking a order from a family with like 5 3-year-olds at the counter. I have thick skin I can handle it, but doing that and screaming curse words in front of a bunch of young kids is wild. I cannot stress enough that I wasn’t a tad bit confrontational or rude to him. He just went right off the rails and started screaming at me from behind the counter. This happened at 4:03pm on 3/13/26.

  Waited a solid 10 to 15 minutes for food with nobody in the drive-thru or inside. The food was fresh but the time it took was disappointing.

  This place just keeps going more down hill. Last 3 times we have been there our fries have come out cold. Asked for a receipt and the lady at the window said the whole store ran out of receipt paper. So we asked for a manager to get the receipt and she magically came back with our receipt and slammed the window when my wife said thank you. On top of that our burgers had tomato and we asked for none. The saddest part of all is, every time we have went they aren’t even busy. Not a single other car in the drive thru. So getting fresh fries and walking to get the receipt paper should not be an issue. Sorry we made you do your job. This screams pure laziness. I leave good reviews and only leave bad ones after multiple bad experiences because I understand everyone can have a bad day. Hopefully you guys get it together because the wife and I love Wendy’s but sadly I see them slowly fading. Places like culvers are coming in and taking over and good service is definitely the reason for it. They provide excellent service. Wish we could say the same about our hometown favorite :/ think we are done coming here at least in Vandalia.
