But after the last several visits I think I’ll be moving on from at least this location. The staff is friendly and smiling, but there’s been issues with my orders consistently. From forgetting items, making burritos instead of bowls, to asking for “extra” of ingredients and not receiving any at all yet alone extra, to extremely small portions I can’t continue to support this location. For the price of things I’d expect more consistency and attention to the customer experience. It also looks to lack management oversight as no one has been clear on who to direct me to talk who when I’ve asked. It also speaks to their training or lack thereof for the consistency of service and portions to be off so often. It appears others have experienced this too.
