  This is not a great place. They are always trying to get away with not giving you all your food. I ordered with the 2 can dine coupon (pictured). When I mentioned that my cheese sticks were not on my tray, a lady told me that the coupon doesn't include that. That it included fries 'or' cheese sticks, and that people mix this up all the time. This is not true, as the picture shows. Every other Arby's I've been to gives you the darn cheese sticks. This isn't the only time this has happened at this specific Arby's. They are always trying to be cheap and not give you everything. I eat Arby's often. I won't be going back here. The Tipp City one is much better. This one is also dirty.

  I’ve been to this location plenty of times, and each time it just sucks. The wait of the drive thru is awful, they are always understaffed, and i never get the correct order. Tonight I went and got a DOUBLE roast beef & paid for a DOUBLE roast beef and received an original one that had even less meat than it was supposed to. My boyfriend ordered the french dip and it was horrendous. Awful.

  They have a new fish sandwich that is really wonderful. So much better than McDonald's or Burger King! We drove through so can't comment about the atmosphere.

  Waited 15 minutes for two ham sandwiches while the employee stood at the counter playing on his phone. Got one ham sandwich with less ham than the sliders have on them. The other sandwich was turkey with enough turkey on it for 3 sandwiches. It's bad enough that Arby's prices are pretty ridiculous, I went there because the drive thru looked pretty empty. I see why now.

  I pulled through the drive-through and ordered a number one with a large curly fry and a large Coke. I was handed a medium Coke a large fry that was maybe half full and a sandwich without any cheese I received all this after someone asked me if I would like to tip…. Why would I tip when you’re going to mess? My entire order up going to be a long time before I will return to this Arby’s
