  Im only giving 2 stars because I like the food but this location is pure chaos and ran poorly. Everytime and I mean Everytime I come here they are out of everything and when the food is ready they have one person making the burritos Bowles tacos while the other staff members are hanging out in the back talking or just looking lost . They need a better system because what they are doing now is not working im writing this while standing in line the same 4 people have been waiting in front of me for over 10 minutes because once again they are out of everything. there is no planning ahead they wait till the last minute before they let someone know they are running out of rice beans chicken steak basically everything they serve the manager on nights needs to be retrained along with everyone else in this store and also the food area is always a mess they are trying to move so fast that they are waisting lots of food . Corporate take notice and make the changes this restaurant needs my food order took 25 minutes with 4 people in front of me ridiculous.

  I rarely post reviews but this specific location is terrible. Haven’t been here in months. Go through the drive lane take it home. My bowl had literally not one single piece of chicken in it. They just completely missed it. No exaggeration. Not one single piece. Plus I paid for double chicken…I don’t even care that I get a free entree in the app. It’s more annoying that it’s even a possibility of entirely missing a main ingredient such as a protein.

  This place is always much too crowded and the service much too slow. The last 3 times I have ben there I walked out after 15 min. and still about 10 people in front of me. Only one person making food. I can't afford to spent 30-45 minutes waiting to order my food.

  Awful, portions are a JOKE. Half scoops of rice and when you say EXTRA, they look put out and toss a half scoop in the bowl. In person you have to force them to give adequate portions, and WHATEVER YOU DO, don't expect anything when ordering online. It'll be a small pile in the center of the bowl. Rice will be crunchy and the chicken will be cold. Best part is, nobody seems to care. GO TO MILLER LANE LOCATION, they are amazing!

  Seriously, what is wrong with this location???? I have given this Vandalia location so many chances due to the convenience of the location from my home and work. Every single time, I have to push back and ask for the PROPER portions. They never give the proper portions and pretty much refuse to give anymore when asking. They huff and act all put out and put maybe another bean or piece of chicken on the already super low portioned bowl. The lady manager during the day, is the main one. She is completely hateful and over charges people for a ridiculous portion. I have called corporate multiple times and nothing seems to have changed. I’m hoping that leaving this review, SOMEONE who is in charge of this ridiculous location and that insanely rude manager will ACKNOWLEDGE their issues and fix their staff. Highly unacceptable.
