  Waited over 50 minutes in the drive through that wrapped around the building for customers waiting in the line that gave there order already. Very short staffed and inexperienced. I would not recommend coming here if you want your order wrong or wait almost a hour

  Tried to eat food in play area and flies swarmed my food and had to walk away from my kid and my food. So many. Big and small ones. Gross place that’s not clean. Trash and food everywhere

  One employee was hustling. Actually running food out to call in/app orders. Didn't see others but at least one young man was earning his pay. Food was not fresh.

  Man, if you can't schedule more than 3 people at 9pm, you shouldn't be open. This is a failure of the store managers and franchisees to squeeze every cent without paying for labor but my family rolls up at 9:06, orders in the drive thru, gets pulled for way too long, then dude brings literally half of our food. We tell him and he goes back inside to promptly forget about us. I end up going in. They couldn't ignore me harder. I'm like juggling and yoyoing to get their attention. Other customers are commiserating on how messed up this all is. I eventually had to raise my voice "Hey! I'm waiting on...." They get it. I left the lobby at 9:55. Unacceptable. Fries and nuggets burnt and cold. Burgers sucked. Wrong kind of Happy Meal. Just awful. This location is fine during the day but they mess the bed at night. No one seems to care. Just pull people and forget them. No one else does this. I texted my wife who was waiting in the car "I don't know why we go here." I do know why I won't anymore. But cute Ninja Turtle Hello Kitty toys.
