I've done paid for my meal, went to get a refill on my drink and Dr Pepper was OUT, so I was ok I will get a Coke... it too, was OUT.
I went up to tell workers and 1 worker was like ok I will get with it as soon as I can.
I waited 15 minutes, plus used the bathroom in that time, NOTHING was done.
My husband's crinkle fries were cold & hard. He believes they were from lunchtime or noon. He complained to me that his buns tasted dated as well. He didn't go up & complain, because it took us 15 minutes to get our food? Also, our 10 year old granddaughter came out of the restroom & said she almost fell in the toilet. The toilet seat is loose!! Safety hazard!
So, that means that drive through folks was getting carbonated water, not their Coke or Dr P.
Normally I like this Arbys, but it makes me question should I come back? Plus they didn't honor coupon I guess because they don't have to, being a franchise vs corporate. She proceeded to tell me that the coupon, I would have used, would have been 6 dollars more than the coupon. (2 can dine for 12.99, yet their price would be 18.99)
So this place sounds like they just don't want customers. So maybe that is my clue not to come back there again. And we drive through this area frequently every year over the last 10 years.
