From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt rushed and unwelcoming, as if the expectation was simply to “get in and get out” rather than enjoy a meal. Unfortunately, the food did not improve the situation. The burgers were excessively greasy to the point of being difficult to eat, with an unpleasant smell that made them genuinely off-putting. The overall quality was far below what we expected. To make matters worse, the table we were seated at was sticky and clearly had not been properly cleaned, which only added to the uncomfortable dining experience. Service was also lacking, and while we did receive a partial refund, it did little to make up for the overall experience. We really hoped things would be different this time, but after two visits with similar issues, we will not be returning. Very disappointing. 😕🍔
