Horrible experience! Both employees were rude and lacked basic customer service skills. One talked about another employee and how they couldn’t remember how to make a simple sub and proceeds to make our sub and makes the wrong sub. The other employee finished my food and proceeded to ring up the order, began to collect payment and the system went down, which was no big deal. When it was time to pay I asked could I enter my phone number for rewards and I was answered back with just wait a minute, very rudely. Transaction complete and the last sub was being wrapped, another customer has walked in. He was told they’d be right with him. Only 3 of us in the store, 2 of us together. The employee puts the sticker on the sub, we’ve already paid, lays the sub down. Then goes around to the pick up orders, calls out a name and hands the customer his food. Meanwhile, that last sub is just laying on the counter beside the bag with the rest of the food. He then walks back to the prep table, stands there, looks over at us, still standing there and then realizes that our sub is still lying there beside the bag. Bags it and hastily shoved it across the counter with the driest, have a good night. I just can’t figure out why the other guy, whom came in at the end of our food being made, was waited on right in the middle of our transaction. Not to mention, the prep table was a holy mess! I worked for subway 30 years ago and I am appalled at how these companies allow people to treat customers so badly and how uneducated they are about common customer service. Provide better training for your employees! This is not the first time this has happened. It’s just the first time I spoke up. After many chances, we will not return.

Ordered a to go online e order I got there before my order was started watched the lady prepair the order she did not follow the directions on the order so I let her know and she was plain out rude and said I can read. Then started following the order. I said ok no reason to be rude she just gave me a dirty look.

The older lady who is the manager is constantly rude everytime I go in. I just came in and ordered 3 subs, 2 6in and 1 ft long, she gave me 3 6in subs and one was completely wrong. When I tried to say something she said "I already made it" and then I asked for light lettus. And this lady threw and I mean slammed a handful of lettus on my sub. She needa attitude check.
