  This is by far, not only the worst Wendy’s, but the worst restaurant I have ever experienced in my entire life. I’ve never been to a restaurant that is slower weather busy or not with employees more incompetent. I warn everyone please please please stay away. Do not eat their food. Do not support this Wendy’s. They have fired and rehired their staff countless times at this Wendy’s and it has never helped. I do not know what is going on and I do not understand how it’s even possible. Save yourself the trouble stay away.

  Been going here for years and started noticing the downhill about two years ago. 10 -20 minute wait times in the drive thru now. Fries aren't always hot most times they're cold. Went today and asked for 2 large cokes and 2 large frosties, got home only to realize the frosties were both s/m. You don't use s/m cups unless someone asks, even for frosties. They have been know to put smaller cups where the larges go. So done with this Wendy's.

  Do not order from the Wendy’s in Urbana, OH. I am begging you, for your sanity and your wallet. If HQ is considering AI running a franchise please pick this one. I recently decided to give this location another shot after a swearing them off the past 5 years. You might be thinking, “Wow, 5 years is dramatic.” I wish it were simply a tale of Karen gone wild but as you'll read it was not. The last time I ordered, I asked for a Dave’s Double with cheese and ketchup only. Simple. Classic. What I received was a bun topped with tomato, onions, pickles, and mustard… and absolutely no burger. No cheese. No ketchup. Just a salad on bread. The complete opposite of what I ordered, honestly impressive in its own way. So naturally, against my better judgment and a well timed March Madness commercial, I decided to give them another shot and they air balled. This time I ordered two burgers, just to really give them a chance to succeed. Instead, they doubled down on the rage baiting. Both burgers were wrong, again, the literal antithesis of what I asked for. When I pulled out a container of vegetables dressed in mustard instead of my juicy Dave's single, I had to make sure Tiger King wasn't on the TV and I hadn't dreamt the last 5 years. To make matters worse, my chocolate Frosty came back vanilla, my regular nuggets came back spicy, and my root beer… I genuinely cannot identify what was in that cup. At this point, I’m not even mad (I am). I’m in awe. This Wendy’s doesn’t make mistakes, they have decided customer orders are only suggestions and they ultimately have creative control. So bravo, Urbana Wendy’s. You’ve taught me to trust my instincts in a way years of therapy never could. May both sides of your pillow always be warm, and may your mystery soda forever be flat.

  Worst Wendy's ever. 47 flavors of soda and never have more than 5 available. The ketchup dispenser is always empty. And the dining room looks like its only cleaned once a day.
