  I’m really disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s. I ordered a McSpicy, and it came without a bun — literally just the patty and toppings thrown in a container. That’s not acceptable at all. On top of that, I also ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and never received it. So not only was my food made incorrectly, but part of my order was completely missing. This shows a serious lack of quality control and attention to detail. I paid for a full meal and didn’t get what I ordered. Definitely needs improvement.

  McDonald’s is known for their filtered water that is used in the soda and tea. The tea is so cloudy and tastes nothing like McDonalds tea.

  25 mins in line for a beverage. When I finally got to second window, I could see it sitting there, waiting. The girl makes eye contact, goes to help make a mixed drink, comes back, looks threw bags, goes way again then finally opens the window to hand me someone else's food. Nope just the drink. And imagine my surprise when the light brown drink is 75%full and .....uncarbonated. So i get to go inside cause I'll be dawned if I dont get caffeine 3 ppl look at me including assuming the manager based on shirt color, and ignore me

  They pretty much only care for themselves and when you're right in front of them. Any other time they do the most minimalistic bull. Don't even try and order online, you won't get anything special you add or remove, they dont read the orders. Half the time my foods cold or not salted anyways.
