    Got up to the drive thru order menu and had to wait ten minutes before anyone took the order - super simple baconator combo and two extra drinks, no special toppings or anything. Pulled up, paid, and waited another fifteen minutes to get the food! Absolutely terrible. A drive thru with no cars in front of you shouldn't take 30 minutes!!! I won't be going back here, there plenty of other places nearby.

    This hurts me and I hate to nitpick and I've had bad service and can usuallytake it but this was different. I went through the drive through only wanting one singular solitary sammich which was hard for the drive through woman to believe. She said "are you sure you want just a sandwich" and it sounded judgemental. I never thought I would be put in a high pressure sales situation over a sandwich. Are they earning commission? My sandwich was exactly what I expected and was also hot. I just felt like my choice was being judged and I was being told what to do. My least favorite interactions are when I'm being judged or told what to do. It's the same way My aunt used to sound when we would go to a restaurant and I would order just soup. "Are you sure you just want a sandwich" "are you sure you just want a soup" Yes! Yes I am sure! An a lá carte sandwich is a meal and so is an a la carte soup. If a salad is good enough that can be a meal! A salad for goodness sake! I gave an extra star because this is a very specific complaint. Thank you.
