#1 combo and nuggets. Split between my husband and I. Only car in drive through. Food was HOT and FRESH! Came up in a timely manner. Staff was friendly. Thank you!
Must be a difference of staff working.

Ordered two jbc at 730 pm thru the mobile app get there to pick it up lady at the window forgets the drink get home open the first sandwich and the meat is cold no bacon and the one thing I asked to not have on the sandwich is tomato go figure there tomato’s on there last time I’m going here if you don’t like your job and the customers that come with it go find a new job even Columbus Wendy’s arnt this bad

Wendy's has I think the best food for fast food but this Wendy's is so bad it is usually far worse then then the other fast foods. Once every four months i will try again but every time i am disappointed. Managements all needs fired and to restart fresh, come on this has been happening for years.

Took me over 45 minutes to get my biggie bag and my frosties, the frosties sat and melted until they handed me it. The only competent and sober employee was a teenager who seemed new, great job kid. What the helly? I’d rather go to Arby’s now.

There was trash on the floor. It took 15 minutes for me to get my baconator fries that turned out to be cheesy fries with zero bacon. I am now going to taco bell.
