You are always gonna wait 20-30 min for food and somehow it comes out cold every single time kind of amazing really how a place can be this bad for soo many years and not get shutdown. I put in my mobile order early by 30-45 minutes everytime & still have to pull up & wait 30 mins for it to be done. Meanwhile people who order at the drive through get their bags right away. They make you wait for food that isnt even fresh. What's the point in waiting? I have never had a good experience here. I was also told by a coworker that they have a relative working here that drops food & serves it anyway. I will be call the BBB (better business bureau) this week. This is ridiculous.
