  If you want only half full drinks and it never to be consistent. This is your place. Awful.

  This place used to be great, but the fired all the good staff and the current manager is ridiculously bad at customer service, rude, and entitled. The food is always either uncooked or cooked too long. The drinks are not made consistently ever.

  We try to give this Dunkin a chance every once in a while but it always disappoints. Went through around 6pm, asked to add something at the window (there was no one else in line or inside, so wouldn’t think it’s a big deal)- one of the workers starts saying something unprofessional, the girl at the window then responds to them- the window is open, and laughs. We hear all of this, no apology or anything. We shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience or uncomfortable for ordering coffee at a coffee establishment. Not worth it anymore.

  This place used to be great. But now my coffee is NEVER correct. Why is it so hard to read the sticker that tells you what goes in it? When paying over $5 for a single drink it should be perfect, every time. I order the same thing every day, sometimes in different sizes but the same ingredients; always. This morning it seems it doesn’t have the cream. Other days the Carmel seems to be cut back or the sugar. The amount of ice is always inaccurate as well. I’ll be finding another coffee shop to spend my hard earned money at. Not to mention most of the staff are zombies. Rarely do you get a good morning, have a great day or a smile for that matter.
