Man I’m disappointed… I got 4 small items and somehow it was almost $20 dollars even though I added up what prices were on their menu board and it should have only been about $16 if that… i asked for a receipt and the receipt only said they charged the amount to my card, not how much each item was… I don’t think we will be coming back to this Dairy Queen any time soon…

The staff at this location are very rude. Especially in the evening. There was one time I came and there was a red head younger girl working the window, she like the others was very rude but more than “normal”. I got to the window and she didn’t say a single word to me. Didn’t even tell me my total. Didn’t say anything when handing me my items, didn’t say thank you or have a good night. Just handed me my items and shut the window. It was a very hostile interaction. I wish I could say that was the only time I’ve had that happen here but unfortunately, the customer service is lacking here.
