Just went thru the drive thru 11/1/25 at 5:40 pm. Wanted to try the new chicken tenders. Paid for chicken tenders but only got a 4 piece nugget. So freaking disappointing to pay over $12 for 4 nuggets. They always remind me why I don't frequent their establishment.

Very rude manager and the food was 👎 after waiting almost 30 minutes. I feel it's definitely went downhill and if they continue on this way, it will go even farther down.

This place is trash always getting the order wrong, long wait times, how does it take 10 minutes to make 3 burgers? Get my fries and they’re cold, order a sandwich with no mayo no lettuce, has mayo on it. This isn’t the first time this has been an issue if I could give them a zero I would.

Got there at 7:45pm waited in drive thru for about 20 mins. Without the line moving at all just 2 cars ahead of me. Decided to go in to order with one person in front of us in side they ordered some of the new mixed frosties. Which took them about 15mins. To make... stood there another 10 mins waiting for our order to be taken as the 2 people behind us put in app orders then served them next still before taking our order as we have been waiting quite some time. Basically got there at 745 and didnt leave until 850 with a to go order.......
