Guy at the counter wasn't much help and I left without the food that was already prepared. Maybe he could have asked a manager for help or voided the order and started over. Anyways, we went elsewhere and will continue to do so.

When I asked for the delivery fee and tip to be refunded, their system simply "couldn't" give me a refund. I asked if it was possible to get a gift card with the amount I would have been refunded, and again, it wasn't possible. I wont be using this location again.
