- ECEsenia Cassidy3 days ago3.0Not sure what changed, but as of this spring the service at times on the weekends is EXTREMELY slow, despite multiple staff members present. Which is agonizing, considering how quick and reliable this place used to be :/ I feel forced to look for a more reliable alternative now, which is a shame because we love their bagels.
- FFFrancescaMar 22, 20261.0A worker stood in full view of the entire restaurant with his food handling gloves on scrolling on his phone for a few minutes before putting it back in his pocket and returning to making food with those same gloves. Extreme cross contamination, health code violation, and plain out disgusting. Once I get to the register, they don’t have an updated POS system where it turns to tip screen. Therefore, the workers verbally ask you if you want to add a tip and physically enter it. So unprofessional and makes customers feel uncomfortable and forced into tipping. I’ve worked in restaurants, delis, and coffee shops and these were both addressed as huge no no’s in this industry.
