What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the second time that they've gotten my cake order wrong. While mistakes happen, what's really unacceptable is the complete lack of follow-up from management. I've now called three separate times trying to reach the manager to resolve this issue, and despite being told each time that she would call me back, I haven't heard anything. It's been nearly 3 weeks and radio silence. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I've resorted to disputing the charge with my bank.
