While mistakes happen, what's really unacceptable is the complete lack of follow-up from management. I've now called three separate times trying to reach the manager to resolve this issue, and despite being told each time that she would call me back, I haven't heard anything. It's been nearly 3 weeks and radio silence. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I've resorted to disputing the charge with my bank.
