  Katie was AMAZING—so incredibly friendly, upbeat, and helpful with our order. She went above and beyond with suggestions and made the whole experience so fun and welcoming. The drinks were fantastic, and Katie’s energy totally made our day. Best service ever—will 100% be back!!!

  Hands down one of the best drink spots around! The staff is always super friendly and upbeat, and the service is crazy fast. The drinks are amazing—so many options and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. I love the positive energy and how they always make your day a little better. Definitely my go-to place for coffee and more!

  Whoever manages this place should be ashamed of themselves. Literally have been in line for close to 45 minutes and multiple people in the other line have moved before my line. I asked the girl who was taking orders from the cars to please address the outside lane because we were getting ignored and she apologized and stated there was only 2 of them there? And there is no way to get out of the enclosed lines. I will never be coming through here again and strongly discourage anyone else who considers it. I am writing this review as it has now reached 50 minutes in line with 2 small children. Never again.

  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently experienced at your Massillon Road in Green. The drive-thru wait time was excessive—approximately 30 minutes to serve only three cars—which is significantly longer than what I have experienced at your North Canton location. During my visit, I observed employees standing around, talking, throwing boxes, and making faces at customers. This lack of professionalism created a chaotic environment and reflected poorly on the management team, who appeared to provide little to no direction. When my order was finally received, it was incorrect. All three drinks were the same, yet the mixes were visibly inconsistent. When I pointed this out, the employee simply laughed and dismissed the issue with, “Yeah, it happens,” before walking away. I believe the management team at this location needs to take ownership and provide stronger leadership to ensure employees are properly trained, professional, and attentive to customers. Without improvement, experiences like mine will deter customers from returning.

  I had an awful experience here. I asked for a Blondie and one that was sugar-free for my mom who is a diabetic. When the girl handed me my drinks, there was caramel all down the side, and I asked her to wipe it off, and she rolled her eyes at me. I then asked her which beverage was sugar-free and she took a guess she didn’t even know for sure which one was sugar-free. I told her that I needed to know for sure which one was I needed 100% because my mom is a diabetic. This is going to affect her health if I give her the wrong drink. I asked her to remake the drinks and she snatched them from my hand, threw them on the drain and then when I received the new beverages, they were made like crap and they tasted like sewer water. I don’t know who hired this girl, but she needs some customer service classes ASAP. i’ve been in food customer service for eight years and have never Experience such an unprofessional attitude. Again, I understand you’re busy, but you handed me my drink a complete mess. I don’t think it was out-of-pocket for me to request that you wipe it off and I also don’t think it was out-of-pocket to be concerned about something that could put my mother in the hospital. I have reached out to corporate for this issue. And I’m usually not somebody to throw a hissy fit, but I am completely in shambles about my entire experience. And I’ve been coming here at least three days a week since they’ve opened. And this has never happened. Now I don’t even know if I wanna go back. This is very disappointing. I spent $15 on these drinks not even be able to drink them because they taste disgusting.
