I ordered a simple classic roast beef and fries. I did ask for American cheese instead of cheddar. Got the sandwich after 15 minutes ..no fries..finally after 10 minutes I got fries. Covered in salt so much I couldn't eat them.took them back and explained they were too salty. They said they'd make more..15 minutes later I got fries. The drive though customers were actually getting the better service. There were no people in the place but us..I was not thrilled with the sandwich, they smeared that sauce all over it..it dripped into the wrapper. It tasted terrible and I just left the fries there..to top it off. You cant pay with cash inside but you can if its the drive thru...are you kidding me...terrible

Stopped in to get some fresh Arbys, employees/Mgr in back complaining because they got 2 drive thru orders and 2 mobile orders same time?? It COMPLETLEY flustered them, they wanted to clear the screens before they would take my order.
I will go to Phila next time. This store needs to retrain mgmt or shut down
