I then asked be careful for what? And he said I’m not gonna make him lose his job. The manager on duty was standing right there next to me listening and said nothing about it. Both of them wouldn’t give me their names & it felt like the guy wishes I wouldve gave him a reason to try something. Overall weird experience, I even apologized to him and asked him how his day was and he just kept telling me the weirdest things like “I get so many girls & how he didn’t want to risk losing this job…” That man needs help and shouldn’t be able to treat customers like that Hope a real manager sees this and actually handles it.

Service was extremely slow despite the store not being particularly busy at the time. The employee appeared unprepared and inefficient, which caused unnecessary delays in completing a simple order. More concerning than the slow pace was the poor customer service. The employee displayed unprofessional behavior, including giving unpleasant and hostile looks rather than offering basic courtesy or communication. There was no sense of urgency, friendliness, or customer care, which made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Overall, this visit reflected a lack of proper service skills and professionalism. I expect faster service and respectful treatment at a quick-service restaurant, and unfortunately, this location did not meet those expectations.
