- KSKim StarkMar 5, 20261.0I placed an online order and when I received the order the pizzas were thinner than a thin crust pizza. These were supposed to be hand tossed. I also found that in my big box I ordered I was missing 2 of the 6 wings. I called the store and was told that they would send out a new order but he hung up on me before completing the order. I called back and began to speak with someone and he hung up on me. I had to call a 3rd time to which the manager (Jermaine, who he said was the GM) finally answered and stated he made the pizza and didn’t feel there was anything wrong with it. He was also unaware that the big box was supposed to have 6 wings in the order. He said he would only refund me $19 of the $60 I spent for this terrible order. If the GM of the store feels it is acceptable to send an order out like this then I will not order from them again. Too many other choices around to accept this. ✌️Pizza Hut
