  Worst dunkin location I've ever been to. Went through the drive thru, took a while before our order was taken, then we sat at the window for quite a while for food to come out wrong and cold, and coffee wasn't even the right size. Hot coffee tasted burnt, cold coffee was supposed to be large, got a med. Ordered 2 sausage egg croissants, they had no croissants so ended up ordering 2 sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps .....handed us one bacon and one sausage for whatever reason and the sausage one was cold. All of it. Cheese wasn't even trying to melt because nothing was even warm. Just a total waste of money. This location needs an overhaul and new employees that can do their job.

  They have started closing the inside and changing hours because of staffing. Something needs to change here. Either close the location or hire more people?

  Have had a lot of issues with my orders here but this was the last straw. Ordered loaded hashbrowns. Got a bowl of soggy hash towns with whole strips of bacon (not broken up) and a scoop of COLD cheese. Like straight from the fridge. Called to complain and the number when straight to a notification saying “no one is available to take your call goodbye.” Who is running this place? Absolute garbage.

  Almost 20 minutes for a coffee after ordering inside? My wife had to ask them what the holdup was just for it to be ready then. I can get an entire breakfast at a sit-down restaurant in that time. That is absolutely ridiculous. No one seems to know what’s going on here. Respectful, but confused.

  If I could give this Dunkin 10 stars I would!!! I have gone to many Dunkin stores all over the area!! I must say I go twice a day to this Dunkin , and so far they are my favorite. They make great drinks , everyone once in a while a new employee will make one and it won't taste right. They will fix it. Today I was having an awful day , I had put an online order and hadn't pulled through yet because I was on the phone with my bank for some crazy stuff . Last thing I wanna do right after work ! My girl saw me and brought my drink out. It honestly made my night after a awful day. The fact that I come here twice a day and they truly make me feel like a valued customer. A concept that is totally lost. I have a few favorite employees here. Honestly there the reason I keep coming back!!. So if you have had a bad experience here I suggest giving them another try!! Everyone has a bad day . Honestly any problem I've ever had they have gone above and beyond to fix it. witch is important to me. They always have a smile and they start and end my day everyday. They are so nice and so considerate . I wish every place made me feel like this. So thanks to twinsburg Dunkin.
