FYI, when someone says thank you it’s courteous to say you’re welcome or say anything but rolling your eyes is uncalled for.. You could tell she definitely didn’t want to be there but do better!!

Gave me my 2 sundaes then said pull up and we will bring food out. 4 vehicles behind me received their food orders before me. Waved employee down outside. They gave my food to someone else. Took 25 minutes to get food. These new employees are clueless.
- JOJustin OwenMar 23, 20262.0Slightly disappointed, whenever I can I go to dairy Queen grill and chill they have the best burgers and fries. But unfortunately my recent visit was a slight let down. Food took forever to get order was slightly wrong but yet it was corrected. Disappointment was more in the senior staff. They seem to have quite a few new people that particular day .The manager seem to have his hands full and and dealing with frivolous complaints instead of people being understanding. The senior staff instead of helping out and coaching the newer employees, they spent more time hiding in a corner and when they came out of the corner to look like they were busy when they really weren't. Watching the new people struggle and customers become irritated with the new people unnecessarily. A plus to the manager for trying and remaining calm with a smile. An F for the senior staff for not stepping up.
