  So I go into tropical smoothie for the first time today and ordered 17$ worth of food which isnt very much food. They're are running a special where you get a free smoothie with purchase, Sounds like a great deal only if they told you about the free smoothie before you spent 20$ then tell you its too late to get it. What horrible customer service. When I worked at place where we were running specials or deals I always made sure the customer was aware of the deals and received anything I we offered for free. Management needs to do better at training their employees.

  it usually is a great experience. today’s smoothies tasted off…like the recipe wasn’t followed or something. i hope to get an accurate, good tasting smoothie next time because for the little amount of ingredients that go into these drinks, they should taste similar if not the same every single time.

  I always enjoy this place no matter where it's located. It's always very clean. The employees are great and it's easy to order and pick up. No standing in line. It's great!
