Strict policy not to serve any extra veggies per the manager! Sales are low and can’t lose money even though they saved money from me not getting cheese. Wasn’t a huge fan of Subway in the first place, definitely won’t ever be back to this Subway nor any other!
- MSMichelle SAug 12, 20251.0I must say I’ve never had this happen to me before… I had a conversation with the employee at Subway about their food safety inspection and then we just proceeded to have a conversation as to whether or not I was going to order there or if instead decide to buy bread and food and make it at home The only reason he was involved in his conversation is because he was standing in front of me as I called my children to ask them what they’d like to do After I realize I’m taking too long to make my decision, I go to sit in the car A few minutes later, a police car pulls up right next to me the guy inside cause the cops on me and says that I was acting weird … You can’t even have a conversation with anybody nowadays The worst part about it is he’s helped me one time and drive-through was so nice and I was the same I also go there frequently with my kids with a night crew now I’ll never go back

Usually when I order right before I go pick it up and its fine but I placed an order for a specific time later in the day and when I went to pick it up I could see it was made 20mins earlier than the time I said so my hot sandwich I order was cold and soggy by the time I got there.
