  They up charged our drinks without asking. The service was not friendly at all. My family and I were pulled forward to wait for a full 30 minutes and staff was rude. The lady who was running the food out, was waiting until multiple orders were ready for the vehicles pulled forward. So we had to wait until the people behind us’s food was ready until we received ours. Upon finally receiving our food, the order was completely messed up. We were missing hashbrowns and an egg on my sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. The food that we did receive was cold. Overall TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service.

  You treat your employees very bad. They get yelled at, they get insulted and they get embarrassed in front of others. I never knew that at McDonald's treatment is done to other's . Since I had to wait for 30 minutes for a cup of coffee with no lid and almost thrown at me to get me off your pr

  I've grown so tired of ordering my food in the drive thru, then being told to pull up and wait even longer for my food. Only then to look in the bag and see they gave me the completely wrong order. There are several fast food restaurants in Troy that can move people through a drive thru in a reasonable amount of time, AND get their order correct. Specifics, 2/14/26 at 11:07 a.m. I ordered in the driver's thru. There were 2 cars ahead of me. Received my food at 11:23. 16 minutes. Ordered a double quarter pounder meal, large fry. I got a 10 pc nugget with small fry. Step up your game, McDonald's. If i could give you negarive stars, i would.Be more like Chik-Fil-A and Culvers.

  We went in the drive thru, ordered 2 double cheeseburgers 1with mustard only, 1with onion and mayo. 1single cheeseburger. Our doubles had mustard, catsup, pickles. This was terrible. We were not going to drive back to Troy. Why waste gas? They couldn't get our order right the first time. They need people in there who knows what they are doing. I tried to call and the line was busy even 2hours later. They knew they messed up our order because they apologized when they brought the wrong one out to us. We threw the food in the trash. That's where it belonged.

  Verstehe die vielen negativen Rezensionen nicht. Ich war heute im Lokal zum Mittagessen mit Tischservice. Ich hatte mich kaum gesetzt als eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin kam um zu fragen ob ich auch ein Getränk bestellt hätte. Als ich das bejahte fragte sich mich was ich will und ob sie mir das Getränk bringen darf - wow. Das ist mir in einem McDonalds noch nie passiert. Das Essen kam auch sehr schnell und wurde mir wieder von der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin gebracht. Alles heiß und frisch zubereitet. Ich wurde auch tatsächlich noch gefragt ob das Essen okay wäre oder ob etwas fehlt - super! Ich glaube ich habe bei einem McDonalds noch nie 5 Sterne vergeben. Somit ist das McDonalds in Troy das erste und es hat die 5 Sterne mehr als verdient!
