  i ordered ahead to have the convenience of my food being done by the time i got here. while i was at the speaker i told the lady for the pickup code, she then told me i needed to pay for it, i told her it should’ve been paid for and she cut me off. i went to the first window, asked for a rec and the lady huffed and puffed before handing it to me. i got to the second window and got my drink and then was told to be pulled around. my food should’ve been ready since i ordered it online, i waited 20 min to get everything.

  About same as most, fries were cold and soggy. Takes longer to get food than it used to, and food is failing grade these says

  Placed mobile order with curbside pickup sat outside and my order was never brought out I had to go inside to just see my order just sitting and had gotten cold this is one of the poorest customer service

  Got our food at 7:30 so we waited over 30 minutes for food and nobody asked us if we had our food yet as we were the first car waiting in the drive through. And then once we got the food the ingredients on the burgers were wrong. All we got was 2 burgers and 2 fries not a complicated order

  Absolutely ridiculous!! The worst restaurant (not of McDonald’s but of all restaurants/fastfood) the owner should def be ashamed to be owner of such horrible place. Troy location unhooks their phone so u can not call literally . Tried for last hour n yesterday called 4 hours consistently rings threee times then the unhooked sound . Horrible place they have 5 ppl working n still never get a simple order. Can’t even put what’s ordered in the bag always missing everything and can’t call about it . I go does that not once but always… pathetic place they have.
