  the girl with the purple-reddish hair was rude to every customer. when I asked for a bowl she straight up rolled her eyes at me, and continues to with everything I asked to be added to my bowl (which was not very much by the way). she was slamming things down on the counter and giving all the customers an attitude. I understand work gets busy and overwhelming but that's not a good reason to be rude to customers. like you work at chipotle, just wait until you get a job in the real world. smh. food was good though

  Always fresh food - great service. Atmosphere is most typically busy n parking is hard to come by on those days.

  My husband and I tried the Chipotle in Troy for the first time yesterday evening. We walked in around 7-7:30 in the evening and they were not busy. We stood there for about five minutes before we were even acknowledged by anyone. Not even a "I'll be with you in just a second". Finally, a young lady comes over, looking like she's having the best day ever (not) and talks so quiet I can barely hear her. We get to the register to pay, where I stood there and waited some more. Young lady comes to the register, and again, speaks so quiet I can barely hear her, looking absolutely thrilled to be there. I set our food down on a table and go to fill up our drink cup. I put Coke in it, only for my husband and I to both taste it and realize it's Diet Coke. Tried the other Coke fountain, still tastes like Diet. All of the forks and straws are literally just laying out on one of the tables instead of being by the lids. The napkin dispensers are also on the table, all EMPTY. Seriously, not a napkin in the place. The only, and I do mean ONLY, redeeming quality about this location were the generous portions in our bowls. However, this isn't enough to make us want to come back. Which we won't. Ever.

  I moved out of Ohio almost a year ago I’ve came back 3 times and came to the chipotle I’ve always went to I usually always just mobile order so I don’t have to wait then I usually have no problem with the food but yesterday I came back to town ordered my usual chicken burrito and they literally did not put a single piece of chicken in the burrito i was like 4 bites in before I decided to open the whole burrito and check to see there was no chicken i threw the chipotle away I would like a refund
