  I placed my order online for pickup on my way home. I arrived before my pickup time of 4:40pm and the food was already bagged and ALMOST ready to go, sitting inside a warmer unit. I requested celery and carrot sticks with ranch dressing but, after verifying my bag contents, realized that those items were missing. I told the cashier what was missing and thought she was fulfilling my request but upon arrival home noticed that she only gave me a bag of celery sticks and 2 containers of dressing! My fries were lukewarm, AT BEST and the chicken pieces were hard to chew. Rewarming fries does nothing for them at all so I didn't eat them all. The boneless chicken was already hard so nuking them wouldn't have helped them, either. I ordered the BOGO deal but I don't feel this meal was worth the money I spent!

  The new remodeled location is very nice. Their service is the best of any of the closest locations to vandalia. The only knock I will say it's very silly they count cauliflower as a protein. I was blown away by hearing this but that being said this place is the best around.

  It is ridiculous, I placed my order, it said 15 minutes for asap. I get my confirmation email it says a half hour. I get to the store and my order is not even close to ready. If you can’t keep up with Togo orders, don’t offer them. And I will never tip again.

  Called in a pick up order. Tried to give me my order with none of my sides. I ordered an appetizer and was given the side order portion. The sides they finally gave me were old French fries. There was a line of upset people that had been there way longer than me. This is the third time I have ordered and it was terrible service every time.

  I'm going to be real honest and say that I didn't eat any of the food but my daughter and husband just reheated the luke warm food. I came here for dinner for my family Instead of me standing at the stove. I stood for almost an hour waiting for my family's food at B-Dubs which would have taken me less time to make dinner. The only place to sit is by the door and it is currently 11° outside. Moral of the story we will not be coming here again. Their computer system is so incorrect. They are very aware of it but they don't care nor are they willing to give any workable Solutions, or show any kind of interest, at all, in fixing the problem. The young man working to dispense orders told me that my food was being boxed up 25 minutes before they brought it out. At the end of the day, we will never be coming here again, are so disgusted by the overall state of the food, how much it has declined and their complete lack of regard for their customer base. They need to fix the notification system for pickup orders. I would have sat in my warm car while I waited but your system is utterly broken. Hopefully somebody from corporate is following the Google reviews and can get clued in to their atrocious computer system. Our food showed up as being cooked when I walked in the building at 6:13. 6:20 p.m. was recorded time to pick up food. At 6:35 it showed my food as being ready and available for pickup. This is not correct I inquired about my food multiple times. At 6:45 I was told that they were bagging up my food. At 6:55 I was starting to get a lot more concerned. I had a conversation with the young man at the register if you could explain why my food said it was ready when it was not and he explained that there is a timeout feature, that regardless of whether or not the food is ready it will time out of the kitchen, and show up as ready. I finally received my food at 7:02 p.m. Corporate please fix the bugs in your software!!! All the love, A seriously disgusted former customer
