I was eating in the lobby when the Mexican manager was talking very loud to one of the older lady's about how they never throw beef away even if its old the mexican man then said he added the beef to some kind of storage drawer at 10:00 pm the night before he said you just add some kind of sauce to it after the man left the older lady tould a young girl she would not be leaving beef out for 12 hours to feed to customers even if its a heated drawer...... thats crazy feeding customers old dryed up beef because he dosent whanna wast a little beef i will never eat at arbys again feeding someone old meat that set for 12 ot 15 hours before serving it that's absolutely should not happen someones go to get sick

Arbys is a joke. I have witnessed the General manager be little staff there specially the teenagers. I would say becareful bringing your teenage daughter there at arbys because he makes remarks to the teenage girls to make them uncomfortable while working. He makes them uncomfortable working there and they need the money. No employees or managers should be feel uncomfortable working at their job. It should be comfortable and safe and they don't feel that. Then he leaves in the middle of a lunch rush to deliver soda to another store and I have witnessed that. If arbys don't fire this General manager then the staff will be quitting. They already looking for another job because of this General manager. This is why arbys won't keep anyone because manager like this. Then this General manager has no idea what he is doing. This is getting out of hand.

This is for the Adrian, Michigan store. Staff worked hard. Order came up quickly. Felicia is a good shift manager. Friendly and outgoing. We'll be back.

Food was good, not bad. Staff was friendly and hard workin but really got me to give them a 5 star is because it’s Friday night and they are all having fun working together and that to me is fun to see!
