  Their portions are easily of the worst I’ve seen at any chipotle location. I don’t see how these people can justify charging $12 for entrees that come with half a scoop of protein. 0/5 if I could

  Ordered online for a family of four. When I picked it up I had four drinks and asked for a drink carrier. The female worker rudely told me they didnt have any. The fountain drink dispenser was filthy as was the area next to it with the forks and napkins. Once I got home and open my bowl I found it only half full. Literally half portions of everything. My son's burrito was also half the size it should have been. Usually the Troy location is fine. I go there about twice a week. Im not sure what changed but it's bad now.

  All of the area Chipotle’s should come to this location and just watch. Especially the Englewood location. Which is by far the worst chipotle on the face of the planet. Troy, you all get it. Line to the door, pushing customers in and out super quick. The staff is friendly and works their tails off. The food taste amazing. The chips are cooked correctly! Overall this place smashes every time. I love the Troy location. Englewood…you’re an embarrassment to society.

  The app for some reason doesn’t send my orders to the stores, but will process the payment. I got to the store and they didn’t have my order, but they went ahead and made it without an issue after looking at my phone and checking their computers. I double checked my account and I was charged for the order. I have had the Vandalia store just refuse to make it or refund me and had to get my refund through my bank. Glad they made my food, I won’t be using the app anymore to place an order and will just go in for now on.

  Never again will I even take the time to walk through them doors in Troy, the rudeness of the worker has me turning around walking out in the middle of making my order, who do you think you are to raise your voice at me in front of so many other customers for something I had no clue about. It was my first time there and definitely last time. Shame on the wild long out of control hair younger lady who will loose business just like you lost mine.
