I called the store, just to let them know what had happened. I wasn't angry, I was just being a normal consumer by letting them know. Except, no one ever answered my call. IMO, they already knew the problem and instead of answering a customer's call, they left me on hold until the driver returned and I then hung up. That's pretty sad customer service. Don't paint every customer with the same paint brush, Trotwood Pizza Hut. Have common courtesy. What happened to that?
