- VMVic MillerDec 22, 20252.0Well this was the worst experience I ever had a Taco Bell. The food was a bit cold, and the kiosk was even colder. So much for customer service. The kids in the back seem to be having a good time playing and throwing things at each other. I even had a gift card sail by us as we were eating. I thought I was in some kind of TV show. The kiosk experience was not as intuitive as I would have like. And it looked like it had not been wiped down in a day or two. So if you are looking for fun and games in a not so clean looking mini restaurant, then this place is for you. But if you are looking for hot fresh made food in a clean atmosphere with true take your order and serve you environment go to some other place like McDonald's or similar. This was the worst as I said. And the worst part is I really like Taco Bell but this is about the last time I will service this establishment or any other Taco Bell. This was the same or similar experience I have had at the last 3 Taco Bells in the last few months.
