I am very unhappy with McDonalds! I went yesterday with my granddaughter and everything in our order was wrong. I ordered at the kiosk and I guess they can't read anymore because it was completely wrong. And why are they now keeping the ketchup hidden and they act like the money is coming from their own pocket when you ask them for some ketchup and the hand you 2 packets. And why do I have to go to the counter, wait for 10 minutes for someone to decided to come help you then takes 10 minutes to get a drink refill now? Why can't I get my own refill like I always have? It's getting ridiculous

Might be the worst McDonald’s in the country. The majority of the staff have no idea what common courtesy is. They would serve the community better if they just demolished the place.

Long story short: incompetent fraudulent stat manipulators who want $20/hour for $6.50/hour service.
Short story long: went to get breakfast today. Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel, and substituted the fake microwaved from frozen folded egg for a round egg that is at least put on a grill. Got home, and the sticker was correct, but what I had was a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. Huh? I went back and got the right food. When I pulled up to get it, they asked me to pull forward. “Pulling forward” is a way to stop the QikServe timer, which determines how effective your store is at doing its job. Not only making someone pull up, but incentivizing it by having a third window is egregious behavior. They are stat manipulators and another word for that is Fraud. Terrible service, terrible business practices, terrible staff management and behavior. I will be reporting your fraudulent actions where they need to be reported to.

The people who work there are mean and definitely do not know how to work with customer service. Just mean looks and attitude through and through. I made an order and they charged me for a large drink, it was on the receipt, and didn’t even give it to me. I did not order that drink. I ordered a hot chocolate and it came with no whipped cream, and tasted like it was sitting out for hours. Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend
