- BRBrandie RyderOct 17, 20252.0Ordering at the drive thru is hit or miss if you get the correct order. Ordering through the mobile app means you have to use the mobile lane. The design on the mobile lane is atrocious.Its a separate lane that has you stop, then cross over into the drive thru lane to a second window. But its a short distance so you have to sit at an awkward angle to get your order or pull through and then back up to get your order.

The lady at the drive up said they had been out of donuts since 9 am. What?? A DONUT shop with NO DONUTS. Never had that happen at a Dunkin before. May as well change your name to NUTHIN DUNKIN!
