  I waited 25 minutes in line and there were only two cars in front of me. They would not even answer the drive through monitor until the car in front had gotten their food. No apologies, extremely rude and slow slow service. Several cars were pulling out of line because it was taking so long.

  Food is good but the staff is still slow, have been for years now. It is a really a shame this Wendy's use to be really good not so much and more!

  1 star.. less if possible. Went through the drive through and was told they were only accepting doordash orders and nothing else.

  I had a Baconater combo. Every time I've been to a Wendy's lately the food has been so hot and fresh, it burns my fingers. This one was no exception. After I got home I had some more of the fries, and once they had gotten cold they tasted like chicken Ramen noodles. I thought that was odd.

  If I could give 0 I would. I was ordering the order taker was rude. She didnt get my order correct. Did not give me a receipt. I get to the other window the manager Kershawn was confused as to what my order was. They gave me my "order" I said my fry wasnt in the bag. Kershawn said she didnt charge you for a meal. I said I ordered a number 2 and a Jr. Bcn cheeseburger biggie bag my total was over $20 he handed me the fry. I get to work open my order..... SURPRISE WRONG ORDER. I call back and Kershawn was extremely rude. No apology, no offer to fix it today! This is the worst customer service I've had in a long time
