The old one was the best spicey chicken anywhere. Now wendys has the worst anywhere. I pray enough complaints get them to switch back. But my food was hot and well prepared. So you guys did your job well.

However when I went to order, and I was the only person in line to order food, I still had to wait a good ten minutes for the girl running the register to take my order because she was too busy putting stickers on orders for delivery, when there were plenty of people that were standing around talking that could have been doing the stickers so she could take our order. And yes, there was a manager working as well. And then to wait all that time, to get our food, head home, and to open our food and find that they didn't make neither of our hamburgers as ordered. Both were supposed to have bacon and neither hamburger had any bacon. Supposed to leave off pickles and tomatoes but came with them. Now if it was just one person working in the kitchen and the store was shortstaffed then I probably wouldn't be doing this review, however like I said before, they had so much staff that some people were just chilling and talking, so my food should have been made the right way if there's that much time on the employees hands....
