  I ordered a Chipotle chicken flatbread with a smoothie on Friday May 1st after I got off work at 7pm. I ordered it online. When I got home and opened up the wrapper I seen that they made the ranch chicken flatbread. I don't like the ranch! I tried calling the store immediately to let the manager know and I got a voice recording. I left a message with my online order number and information to receive a call back on Monday. I received no call and it's 5:15 pm. I also mentioned that there was about 2-3 pieces of chicken on it. I took pictures of my online receipt and of the flatbread. I ended up throwing it out. I was not driving back to the store because I live 25 minutes away.The smoothie was good. I go to this Tropical Cafe alot and usually don't have any issues. Was not to happy with this visit.

  One of our favorite spots for tacos! We have a few friends that are vegan and vegetarian and we have found this is a great place for them. The service is also always great as well.

  I tried their smoothie and it was absolutely worth it! Fresh, delicious, and really refreshing. If you add $7 for the organic smoothie, you honestly can’t go wrong with this—it tastes even better knowing it’s made with quality ingredients. Plus, you earn points with every purchase, and after a certain amount, you get a free one—which makes it even better. Definitely a great choice for a healthy and tasty treat!

  My recent visit to Tropical Smoothie was my first in over a year, and I had a hard time deciding what to order. The cashier didn’t offer any help or suggestions, and it felt like I was slowing things down just by asking questions. After I finally placed my order and sat down, they called my name but handed my food to the wrong person, which meant they had to remake everything. Once I did receive my order, the food was delicious — exactly what I was hoping for. The smoothie was solid too, about an 8/10.

  Smoothies were great but I’m giving 2 stars for the manager being rude and unreasonable to the cashier. When I walked in there were 5 people in front of me and 3-4 people came in after I did, it was a busy Saturday afternoon. When it was my turn the manager (who was at the second register the entire time but writing something on a clip board and not helping the rush) approached the cashier and said “I need you to fill the straws” to which the cashier paused and replied “I will, it’s just very busy” the manager looked at the line and said “oh… well after that” or something of the sort. Look I get being a manager and handling back office stuff on the floor can’t always be helped but if you’re not helping, get out of the way and don’t put unreasonable demands on your employees during a rush and interrupt the customer… only one person can give orders at a time.
