  For the Taco Bell’s in the area this is one of my favorites. The food is usually hot. However the customer service has honestly been lacking lately. I understand there’s multiple aspects to the business in online orders, people eating in, and drive-thru. The manager who works here is fantastic and keeps the crew working hard. But when she’s not there they basically try and run the show how they want. Eating there I see a lot of customers either missing items, taking too long for orders, and forgetting the basic ticket items like a drink. Condiments lately haven’t been stocked as well either. If they could take better care of the customers at the front counter, who majority of the time have simple favors, they’d have better reviews and more sales. Even though you may get good food you almost feel like an afterthought while the crew will hide in the kitchen and avoid eye contact. Drive-Thru is basically the main focus here. I’ll end up switching locations if it keeps up as it does.

  Paid for 2 steak quesadillas Xtra cheese and jalapeno sauce han barley any sauce or cheese if this location losers

  Everyone was super professional and nice. Very helpful when I needed a menu item remade with lettuce and tomato after ordering on the app.
