  I’m honestly disappointed with how this situation was handled. I placed a delivery order this morning and noticed before it even arrived that the order attached to my delivery had the wrong name and wasn’t mine. I immediately contacted the driver, who confirmed the mistake and went back to the store. When I called the store around 10:30 AM, the manager on duty wasn’t helpful. I was told I could come pick it up myself, which defeats the entire purpose of paying for delivery. The only solution offered was a free cookie, which didn’t address the issue at all—especially since I already had pastries. What’s frustrating is that I had to be the one to catch the mistake in the first place. Then after being told over the phone that a refund wasn’t possible, once I arrived at the store, suddenly a refund could be issued. That inconsistency made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, the situation wasn’t handled properly, and there didn’t seem to be any real effort to resolve it in a way that respected my time or the inconvenience caused. Better customer service and clearer communication would go a long way.

  I really enjoyed this Panera!! In contrast to most Michigan Paneras, it’s quite modern and fresh-feeling. They didn’t skimp when I ordered extra protein on my sandwich, which I always appreciate. Staff was welcoming and restrooms were clean.

  Meh, I haven't been to a Paneras in a while and I probably won't be too quick to go back. This location was fine. The workers were friendly and the place was clean but the food has really gone down hill since being taken over by an equity firm. The French onion soup was dismal. I actually didn't finish it bc it was so poor. So I'm not specially against this location because they are doing their best but I am giving Paneras as a whole bad marks for low quality food and high prices.

  Really good breakfast sandwiches, fritatas and refreshers. We tried all the flavors!
